To ensure the best salon experience for all, we kindly ask that you follow our salon policies. We respect that your time is valuable, and appreciate your promptness. • 48-hour cancellation: A 50% fee will apply for non-chemical/non-extension services. • 72-hour cancellation: A 75% fee applies for chemical/extension services. • No-show fee: 100% of the service cost, which must be paid before rescheduling. • New & returning guests (those not serviced in the past 6 months): A $75 deposit is required and will be credited toward your services. • Corrective color deposit: $120 deposit required for corrective color services. • Non-refundable services: We’ll gladly make adjustments if notified within 7 days. • Chemical change-of-mind surcharge: If a color/relaxer is mixed and not used, a $15 fee applies ($25 for Amino Acid/Keratin treatments).
